Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These regulations define the rules for using the AUDIOJUDICE platform for professional cleaning and analysis of operational audio. The service provider is LEO WONDER Paweł Pałczyński, ul. gen. Stanisława Maczka 9/32, 05-480 Karczew.

2. Definitions

  • System — the AUDIOJUDICE platform for audio processing using the FlashAI engine
  • User — a natural or legal person with an active subscription
  • Audio Material — audio files uploaded for processing
  • STI Report — a document containing the result of the Speech Transmission Index analysis
  • VPN Tunnel — an encrypted IPSec IKEv2 connection required to use the System

3. Access to the System

Access to the system requires an active subscription and connection via an IPSec VPN tunnel. The User undertakes not to share their login details with third parties. RSA-4096 cryptographic keys are generated individually for each user.

4. Scope of Services

As part of the subscription, the user receives:

  • Access to the FlashAI v4.2 engine to the extent specified in the package
  • Encrypted IPSec VPN tunnel
  • STI reports with QUANTIUM DTL checksums
  • Technical support in accordance with the selected package

5. Liability

AudioJudice guarantees the integrity of the processed evidentiary material through the QUANTIUM DTL checksum system. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of the audio materials transmitted. The User declares that they have the right to process the transmitted recordings.

6. Payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance, on a monthly or annual basis. An annual subscription is subject to a promotional price. VAT invoices are issued automatically by the 7th day of the following month.

7. Termination of the Agreement

Each party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. In the event of termination of the agreement, VPN access will be deactivated and the user's cryptographic keys will be destroyed.

8. Final Provisions

In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. The court having jurisdiction to resolve disputes is the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office. The regulations come into force on the date of publication on the audiojudice.pl website.
