1. Data Controller
The data controller is LEO WONDER Paweł Pałczyński with its registered office in Karczew, ul. gen. Stanisława Maczka 9/32, 05-480 Karczew, NIP: 532-183-93-70, REGON: 141209430.
2. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- Providing operational audio cleaning and analysis services for judicial authorities
- Fulfilling subscription agreements and managing user accounts
- Ensuring system security (VPN access logs, operation audit)
- Communication with users (technical support, service information)
3. Legal Basis
The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligation (court documentation)
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest (system security)
4. Data Security
All data is transmitted through an encrypted VPN IPSec tunnel with AES-256-GCM encryption. Audio files are processed in RAM and are not saved on the server (Zero-Knowledge Protocol). The system holds an ISO 27001 certificate and ABW accreditation for operation in segregated networks.
5. Retention Period
Users' personal data is stored for the duration of the subscription agreement and for 5 years after its termination (archival requirements). Audio files are processed in real-time and are not archived on AudioJudice servers.
6. User Rights
The user has the right to:
- Access their personal data
- Rectify incorrect data
- Erase data (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing
